Tianli Energy Holds 2026 Centralized Onboarding Training for New Employees

To help newlyrecruited employees of 2026 quickly integrate into the enterprise, get familiar with various management systems and lay a solid foundation for job performance, the Human Resources Department recently organized a twoday centralized onboarding training, marking the first lesson for new staff to complete their workplace role transition. Adopting a combined mode of systematic lectures and onsite study tours at R&D and production sites, this training invited a faculty team composed of backbone staff from multiple departments. Four major learning modules covering corporate awareness, compliance, business operations and career growth were established to assist new recruits in gaining comprehensive understanding of the company and clarifying their development paths.

Wu Jing, Chairman of the Company, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. On behalf of the company, she extended a warm welcome to all new employees and illustrated that the training served threefold purposes: orientation guidance, disciplinary regulation and job empowerment. She encouraged new employees to maintain an openminded attitude and pursue continuous learning. Based on the company’s core businesses including dryingrelated equipment and engineering design, new staff are expected to take the initiative to engage in various business segments and integrate their personal career planning into the highquality development of the enterprise.

Following the opening session, special lectures were delivered by different functional departments. The curriculum covered corporate culture, humanresource regulations, integritybased employment warning education, financial reimbursement specifications, legal and confidentiality compliance requirements, administrative workflows, projectmanagement platform operation and other key topics. All participants signed the Integrity Commitment onsite, so as to strengthen their awareness of compliance and help them master essential institutional specifications for their positions.

On the second day of the training, all new employees took part in a unified onsite study tour to the technology innovation centre and production plant. Before the visit, staff briefed participants on sitesafety management rules and dress codes. Onsite guides led the group through R&D laboratories and manufacturing workshops, giving them a firsthand view of the company’s fullchain strengths in coreprocess research & development and completeset equipment manufacturing, together with detailed explanations on technical achievements and productioncontrol standards. After returning from the plant visit, special lectures on the company’s corebusiness segments were arranged, presenting an overview of its business layout, core technologies and benchmark projects, as well as a clear breakdown of the functional positioning, market deployment and development orientation of each business division. The training concluded with a sharing session and closing ceremony, where new employees took turns to present their takeaways from the twoday programme.

Upon completion of the training, participants commented that the twoday programme balanced theory with practice. They had gained a thorough grasp of corporate rules, compliance boundaries, as well as indepth knowledge of core technologies and business strategies, which enabled them to draw clearer plans for their upcoming work.
