Tianli Energy Held Annual Construction and Installation Summary Meeting

To review the experiences and shortcomings of on-site construction in 2025 and continuously improve service quality and project delivery capabilities, Shandong Tianli Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianli Energy”) recently organized an annual on-site construction and installation summary meeting with on-site installation engineers and core personnel from multiple departments such as production, design, and quality inspection.

The meeting reviewed the projects undertaken by Tianli Energy in 2025, focusing on problems and conducting in-depth discussions on the technical difficulties, process bottlenecks, and collaborative pain points exposed during project implementation. Representatives from various departments, drawing on actual cases, summarized typical problems encountered during construction from the perspectives of equipment design rationality, production and processing precision, standardized on-site installation operations, and quality control systems, and put forward targeted improvement suggestions.

This meeting is a crucial part of Tianli Energy’s “closed-loop quality management” approach. Through cross-departmental collaborative review, not only was the problem accurately identified, but the sense of responsibility and collaborative efficiency at each stage were also strengthened. Moving forward, the company will leverage the content of this meeting, combined with on-site characteristics, to optimize the entire process management system and effectively promote the deep integration of design, production, and construction, providing customers with more efficient and reliable equipment solutions.
