The Kick-off Meeting of the Russian ICC Calcium Chloride Dihydrate Spray Granulation Project was Successfully Held

On March 28th, 2025, the kick-off meeting of the “Russian ICC Calcium Chloride Dihydrate Spray Granulation Project” was successfully held. The project is jointly promoted by Shandong Tianli Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianli Energy) and Russia’s Limited Liability Company Irkutsk Chemical Company (hereinafter referred to as ICC LCC). This kick marks the beginning of engineering design stage.

The meeting was attended by the Tianli Energy project management team and members of various discipline’s design teams, as well as the ICC LCC technical team. First, the Tianli Energy project team reported the detailed design proposal of the calcium chloride dihydrate granulation project to ICC LCC. The two sides discussed the project progress and design standards and formulated the project schedule.

ICC LCC fully affirmed the construction starting report and design documents prepared by the Tianli Energy project team, and put forward optimization suggestions on the project progress and design standards. Tianli Energy expressed the gratitude to ICC LCC for its trust and promised to continuously strengthen teamwork, strictly abide by the project schedule and process, and go all out to ensure the high quality and high efficiency of the project with a rigorous, serious and responsible work attitude.

The “Russian ICC Calcium Chloride Dihydrate Spray Granulation Project” is one of Tianli Energy’s key overseas projects. After completion, the project will continue to provide high-quality products for ICC LCC in the Russian calcium chloride market and expand its market share in related fields. It is also an important milestone for Tianli Energy to enter the Russian market. Tianli Energy will work together with ICC LCC to promote the smooth implementation of the project.
