Tianli Energy Ships Equipment for 200,000 TPA DCP Drying Project in Kazakhstan

Recently, the core drying equipment for the 200,000 TPA feed-grade Dicalcium Phosphate (DCP) unit, undertaken by Tianli Energy for the EuroChem Kazakhstan Chemical Complex project of China National Chemical Engineering Tianchen Corporation, has passed quality inspection and been successfully completed and shipped. This marks another cooperation between Tianli Energy and China Tianchen on this landmark Central Asian chemical project in Kazakhstan, following their 130,000 TPA anhydrous calcium chloride granulation project.

The EuroChem Kazakhstan Chemical Complex is a landmark China-Kazakhstan production capacity cooperation project under the Belt and Road Initiative. Boasting a large scale and a full range of product lines, the complex produces multiple chemical products including sulfuric acid, anhydrous calcium chloride, potassium sulfate and feed-grade DCP. The newly launched DCP drying project serves as an extended and upgraded facility built upon the benchmark 130,000 TPA anhydrous calcium chloride plant within the complex. Constructed under stringent standards, it ranks as a key supporting chemical project in the local region.

Feed-grade DCP produced by the project acts as a core raw material for high-end feed manufacturing, subject to extremely strict industrial specifications for purity, drying uniformity and product stability. Its process design and equipment fabrication pose far greater technical challenges than conventional chemical projects. To fully meet the projects rigorous requirements and guarantee overseas delivery quality, Tianli Energy assembled a dedicated technical team. Working alongside China Tianchen, the team conducted on-site investigations of numerous mature domestic DCP production facilities, thoroughly analyzed state-of-the-art industrial processes and summarized on-site implementation experience. Meanwhile, taking into account Kazakhstans local climate, operating conditions and overall project layout, the team held multiple rounds of in-depth technical discussions with the client. A highly adaptable, stable and high-efficiency rotary drying process scheme was finalized, ensuring compliant product quality and efficient project operation from the design stage.
