The Calcium Chloride Project for Hualu Hengsheng Was Officially Launched

Recently, the kick-off meeting for the 280,000 TPA calcium chloride complete design project of Hualu Hengsheng (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hualu Hengsheng) was successfully held, and the project officially entered the implementation stage.

Representatives and technicians from Shandong Tianli Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianli Energy”) and its subsidiary, Shandong Tianli Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianli Technology”), along with relevant personnel from Hualu Hengsheng, attended the meeting. The Tianli project team presented its preliminary design proposal and technical roadmap. Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on core issues such as project process optimization, key equipment selection, design milestone control, and rational site layout, laying a technical foundation for the project's subsequent advancement.

Over the years, Tianli Energy and Hualu Hengsheng have established strategic partnerships for several major projects. This project aims to build a highly efficient and energy-saving new calcium chloride production plant: the process flow, from hydrogen chloride gas absorption to calcium chloride product output, encompasses hydrogen chloride absorption, hydrochloric acid neutralization reaction, calcium calcium liquid evaporation and concentration, anhydrous calcium chloride granulation, and calcium chloride dihydrate granulation. The project utilizes advanced process technology with independent intellectual property rights from Tianli Energy, achieving industry-leading levels in energy consumption control and operational efficiency. Upon completion, the project will generate significant economic benefits for customers and will have a profound impact on enhancing the market competitiveness of both parties in the chemical industry.
